  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship merchandise within Canada Monday through Friday, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your package's delivery status.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Carrier Options: We exclusively utilize trusted carriers within Canada to ensure reliable and timely delivery to our Canadian customers.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we only ship to addresses within Canada. We regret that we cannot accommodate shipping to international destinations at this time.

Shipping Rates

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination within Canada. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

  • Standard  delivery time is 3-5 working days.
